When you send us an enquiry, we collect the details you type into the form: your contact number, vehicle make and model, the service you need, and your pick-up and drop-off locations.

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry — a dispatcher calls or messages you back about your transport or recovery request. We do not sell your details or share them with third parties for marketing.

Our enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps us block automated spam and abuse. Turnstile may process limited technical information about your device and browser to check that a real person is submitting the form. This processing is carried out by Cloudflare in accordance with the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Enquiries are delivered to our dispatch team over WhatsApp and a backup copy is kept securely so no enquiry is lost. Backup copies are visible only to authorised staff.
